We are excited to share that we successfully delivered another certified Passive House: Bright Haus #1 is Minneapolis’ first certified Passive House affordable home project. Designed for the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation and completed in 2022, Bright Haus #1 is a landmark for Minnesota illustrating that comfort, resilience, indoor air quality, economy and energy efficiency can be delivered in Minnesota’s affordable housing space.
