This 1920s Spanish Craftsman didn’t just get a facelift — it was reimagined, reinvented, and reborn.

We sought to honor its original soul while shaping a new story for how it lives today.

We relocated the kitchen to the sunniest part of the home, opened up the floor plan without losing intimacy, and layered in timeless finishes that feel like they’ve always belonged.

We’re honored that this project was named a 2025 AIA MN + Star Tribune Home of the Month — a testament to the power of design rooted in both history and heart.
