This Christmas tree is ideal if you want your ornaments to be the star of the show. We have the flocked one too and it's just as pretty. I shared a full review of them on the blog and the link is in the comments.

Vermont definitely lives up to the hype. We spent last week there with our family and had a wonderful time with amazing scenery, food, bike rides, hikes, Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory tour, and taking it all in. Are there crowds? Yes, but mostly in the areas you would expect. The trails and back roads were mostly quiet and beautiful. 10/10 would recommend. 🍁🍂

RIP to the legendary Dolly Parton. She was a big personality and huge light here in East Tennessee and will be missed by many. She came from nothing but never forgot her roots. Millions of children developed a love for reading through her Imagination Library project. We should all strive to be more like her and have a kind and giving heart.

My most recent mood board makes me wish it was already fall. Love the mix of colors and the washable area rug. ❤️

How do you feel about dark teal? It coordinates with so many colors. (Link to sources is in the comments.)

Spent the day in some beautiful spots in East Tennessee. A dreamy u-pick lavender farm Midfield Lavender Farm where we tasted lavender lemonade and wandered through the fields.
And then a hike at Carver's Gap with a breathtaking view at the top. Swipe to the last frame for a 360° view that's amazing. 😍

I've been working on a mini makeover in our living room for a couple of weeks. This room has a challenging layout and gives me fits when I try to arrange furniture.
I think I finally have most of the room set up in a way I really like. But I still have a lot of things to relocate from in here.
Scroll to the end to see a video including the chaotic side of the room. 😱🤪😂
Let me know what you think so far. It's subject to change again.
