It’s time to expand your living space into the basement or attic!

This is an uptown minneapolis duplex that we restored. Built in 1887, this beautiful older building had been left to disrepair for many years. We repaired the masonry, carpentry and painted it, In turn bringing it back to life! The first picture in the series is a photo from 1906. You can see the building in the right side of the photo. The second is the before view.

Here’s before and after shots a recent exterior painting project. We replaced a dozen pieces of siding before painting. We are also doing a kitchen remodel and interior painting at this property. Hopefully a roof as well. More pictures are come from the interior.

Second story garage remodel, we did the painting on this one. Really beautiful space with vaulted ceilings, 8 skylights, maple flooring and charred wood beams.
