Say just a reminder that helical piers are a great alternative in the winter as we can install them through the frost and you can still build on them the same day. Jake here with another video of another benefit of the helical Piers that we install. there is never no overburden no material to remove and very minimal to no damage to grass, so if you have a completed backyard and would just like to add a deck no need to worry about the established yard getting ruined.

Hello, I’m Jake with Pier Pros LLC. I'm posting this to introduce myself and my company to see if you would be in need of any helical piers installed in any future projects.

Helical piers are a good alternative to the old dig and pour method of concrete footings. Helical footings can be installed all year round so no down time, another benefit with the helical piers are that there is no inspection needed. When completed I provide you with a full torque report to supply to your building inspector along with my certification information and you are good to build that day. No one likes waiting now a days and this definitely saves on down time and scheduling.
