Busy weekend for Mister Dister BBQ. Set up at Ace Hardware in C**n Rapids sampling sauces and dry rubs. Tomorrow and Sunday under the Hennepin Avenue Bridge for the Stone Arch Bridge Festival. Set up at Niemanns Ace Hardware in Eden prairie. Father’s Day is just around the corner. Sauces and rubs are great Father’s Day gifts. Stop in and pick some Mister Dister up at any of the Twin Cities Niemanns Ace Hardware stores.

So the first show of the year is in Detroit Lakes. The question is how many parts of the display did we forget. We are at 5 and counting. So the event starts at 10 this morning and goes until 7 tonight tomorrow is 10-5. New this year is the official release of the Maple Rum BBQ sauce which exactly as it sounds. Maple Syrup as the sweetener and Rum as the flavor enhancer. Also kind of new is the reformulated Habanero Dry Rub. Coarse grain on most ingredients and it’s really good.
