Our Premium Package includes Weathershield Signature Series extruded aluminum clad window. With a 4 9/16” jamb thickness and heavy duty extruded aluminum cladding, this casement window is extremely rigid, durable and ready to stand the test of time.

Our Elite Package is strides above the rest with Alpen’s Zenith line of insulated fiberglass windows. All the performance benefits of wood packed into a maintenance-free fiberglass window package. When it comes to egress window installation outside of the Twin Cities metro area, the general sentiment is the same.. it’s stressful and frustrating finding a contractor you can trust to show up as scheduled, deliver on their promises and hold to their budget. Connecting your basement to the world outside.

If you've seen our new service truck around the cities, you've certainly seen that statement in big bold letters. On the surface it's just that, a statement. But as you dig deeper into the meaning it starts to shed light on what we are trying to accomplish in every project we do.

Basements are not inherently connected to the world outside. Typically they're meant to do the opposite, keep all the elements out! But as bigger homes for growing families become less affordable, more homeowners are utilizing existing basements for living, sleeping, and lounging. There lies the disconnect.. especially as winter rears it's head around the corner. Countless research studies show the mental health detriment that occurs from lack of direct and indirect natural light exposure. As the attached article published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health states, "Despite the great heterogeneity in research methods, almost all studies agree in recognizing a positive influence of architectural aspects of the environment on mental health, for example, windows guaranteeing adequate exposure to open air and sunlight, which emerged as the single most important feature that could make a difference" (1). This is just one aspect we can control for ourselves and our children to ensure we're at our best and brightest mental health state.

No backdoor ➡️ New backdoor in a single day.

Wide window openings make fantastic places for a new patio door as the existing support header from the window can often be reused, saving time and money.

This young couple and their pup can now enjoy easy access to their back yard through this 7’ wide sliding patio door. What a difference!
