Brian & Libby Howe were ready to make huge changes.
They've been dreaming of this lower renovation for years.
We tweaked plans together for a bit and decided to steal some room from there extra deep garage, allowing us to move the half bath and laundry to a new area away from the kitchen.
We love there choices of product and new molding scheme's. Adding the new Anderson slider to the kitchen and replacing another, just opens everything up.
Going from a dark gloomy home, to one that's full of light when you want it.
So thank you to the Howes for letting us play for awhile.

Jill & Jay own a beautiful Condo in Kimry Moor that was due for some updating. She wanted a large, deep Fridge. So we bumped the wall out behind the fridge into the garage. When we were in the attic, we notice there was major heat loss from insufficient Insulation and voids throughout. So we confirmed ventalation and installed air baffles in the eaves and flooded the attic area with 20 inches of mind relieving pink blown in insulation.
