🏆🎉 STEELE & SAW EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH – MAY 2026 🎉🏆
After an extensive review process, countless hours of discussion, several committee meetings, and absolutely no bias whatsoever… we are proud to announce that Jason has once again been named Steele & Saw’s Employee of the Month for May! 👏
Now, we know what you’re thinking…
“Didn’t Jason win last month?” Yes.
“And the month before that?” Also yes.
This month’s selection process was especially competitive. Jason faced stiff competition from the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, after reviewing attendance records, production numbers, customer service scores, willingness to work weekends, and the ability to roll out multiple customer requests…Jason somehow edged everyone else out once again.
Highlights from Jason’s award-winning month include:
✅ Starting approximately 47 new projects before finishing the first one.
✅ Saying “This will only take a few minutes” at least 83 times.
✅ Spending more time looking for the wood glue than actually using it.
✅ Purchasing more wood despite already having enough wood to build a small subdivision.
✅ Creating custom orders, answering messages, running machines, painting, staining, and glueing projects, packing orders, and always remembering to eat lunch.
When asked how he feels about winning Employee of the Month again, Jason stated:
“I’d like to thank myself for believing in myself, supporting myself, and putting up with myself.”
The committee immediately agreed this was a reasonable statement.
