Spring cleaning season is coming and I’m already excited!
Even though it’s only January, I’m already looking forward to our very first spring cleaning season of the year. I can’t wait to get back out there and see those amazing before-and-after results. And yes… I’m actually excited to clean exterior (outside) windows — call me crazy, but I call it a challenge!

Not every day goes perfectly in business — today was one of those days. A client reached out about a spot we missed during cleaning. I apologized and offered to come back right away, even for free, but they preferred we didn’t return.

It’s never easy to hear, but I’m thankful they reached out to me directly instead of posting online. Every bit of feedback — even the hard ones — helps me grow and do better next time.
