This 20’x24’ detached garage turned out nicely! It has 10’ ceilings with floored attic storage and pull down stairs for access. There is plenty of workspace room as well as tons of storage space. The 200 amp electrical service provides plenty lights and outlets, as well as a 50 amp for a welder.

We converted a laundry room into a coffee bar and turned the outside storage area into the new laundry room. This was a fun project that turned out great!

This is a fire restoration job on a workshop we recently completed. we rebuilt the fire damaged portions of the the building, installed a new asphalt shingle roof, replaced the affected trim and boxing, as well as new paint and new wiring throughout. All necessary permits with the county were issued and inspections performed. This project turned out very nice!
