We walked the job today and Omgoodness it feels like a boutique hotel. I love when a project makes the property feel twice as BIG. Space planning is so important!

We are loving how all the details are coming together at our Mission Viejo modern. It’s so fun to use new colors, materials and design features we have never included before. 💚

Pickleball is one of our most requested active design features other than swimming pools. We still do an occasional tennis court, but the size of a pickleball court is a perfect compromise on space. Do you play?

This little bit of paradise in Laguna Niguel is wrapping up. The house stucco went on this week. Palm trees coming next and then the deck, pool, large outdoor kitchen and fireplace will wrap up next. Such a fun project with great Cliets and Team!

Today was so special. The ribbon cutting 🎀 for the newest addition of the Double R Ranch Women’s and Children floor with 17 new suites to house Single women and children who are fighting homelessness and choosing healing and freedom.

This removes the wait list in Orange County providing housing, healing, education, healthcare, meals, therapy, a working ranch with hands on experiences and the children will soon be part of the Saddleback school district as they begin to move in July 15.

Thank you for providing lunch and supporting this amazing non profit in Orange County serving the community in need.

The is near and dear to as we work together to design spaces for families to heal together and build their foundation in God.

This Yorba Linda remodel is giving me all the summer feels ☀️ 💦 🍹 We can’t wait for this project to break ground and give this home refreshed curb appeal and backyard! We have also worked in a new architectural elevation of the home to take to bring it all to life!

This beautiful 12-acre estate property just about wrapped up in 2024. We can’t wait to share all the details. We love to describe these types of projects as “Legacy” properties…families building for generations that are honoring the past, providing for the present and preparing for the future.
