Seeking experienced HVAC Residential Installation and Service Technicians. If you have solid experience and knowledge in HVAC and work best as part of a small, independent team this could be the perfect fit. As a part of our Service Technician Team you will visit client’s homes daily to diagnose, repair and complete assigned preventative maintenance. On our New Installation Team you will work mostly in residential retrofit installs.

Additional skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 3+ years experience in residential HVAC
Fully capable of troubleshooting, recommending solutions, diagnosing and repairing various components of HVAC systems.
Experience working with gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Installation of HVAC units which may include electronic and mechanical components
Maintenance of, repairs to and installation of HVAC ductwork including flexible ducting and sheet metal construction
Installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspection and performing equipment repairs and replacements.
Exceptional ability to interact with customers and fellow staff in a positive and courteous manner.
Clean driving history and insurable under our company insurance policy.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required
Must have 3+ years of experience in HVAC. Must also have experience with gas and electric products from various manufacturers
Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation of residential retrofit
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings as well as HVAC wiring diagrams
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
MUST be a self-starter and able to work in a team as well as on their own.
Access to their own tools
Good communication skills, have a very positive attitude, exceptional self-motivation and time management skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle a physically challenging workload, availability to work evenings and weekends, possess a clean and professional appearance and excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

Scope of Work: Perform a wide scope of repairs and installs, ranging from service work, remodels and commercial projects.
Day to Day: Knowledge of troubleshooting practices in order to determine repair and replacement to be able to serve our customers in the best way possible.
Project Knowledge: A background knowledge of plans, schematics and blue prints for commercial and new construction projects to ensure proper installation and jobsite code.
Building Code: Familiarity with current building codes, along with industry laws and regulations is required
Installation: Proficient skill in installation of water lines, plumbing fixtures and appliances, gas piping
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems
Team Work: Work closely with office personnel and management to ensure high quality service and customer care

Licensed in the state of Montana
Valid MT driver’s license with clean driving record
Wide range of knowledge and experience in plumbing for a minimum of 5 years

6 SIGNS YOUR A/C UNIT NEEDS HELP

We are moving into the season and we want to make sure you know what signs to keep in mind when you make the change to your cooling system.

1. Your unit is making banging, rattling or other unusual sounds when operating.
2. Your unit will not start up or is running poorly upon start up.
3. Your unit is not keeping up with the desired indoor temperature.
4. Lack of airflow coming from your ducting and registers
5. Moisture or leaks around your air conditioning unit.
6. Hot air is being pushed out of your ducting system.
