Hey Missoula the proposed Zoning Map for the next 20 years is now out and open for public comment. The Uniform Development Code was also released for comment. You will get very little time to engage in the process under the City Schedule so do not put it off.

I think the City of Missoula needs to get some data for what is being proposed in the new zoning code out to the development community. Multifamily residential has come to a full stop in Missoula.
