Well folks this will either make me one of the most elite roofers the world has offer, or an instant spontaneous death. Tear off, re-deck, g.a.f 30 yr everything. 40ft extension ladder gets me "6 above the bottom edge straight up and down, cement slab everywhere below.

A few pictures of my newly completed next door neighbors modular double wide home. Stripped all shingles nails to expose rotten decking. Replaced 14 sheets of decking, numerous rafter tails, reframed soffitt around bottom edge front and back, vented vinyl soffit james hardy cement fibreboard facia, on new karnish. Not too shabby 1 man show. I seriously enjoy what i do And it SHOWS. 5YR WRITTEN WARRANTY ON ALL CRAFTSMANSHIP. SCHEDULING NEXT ROOF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR NOW. STEEP OR FLAT METAL SHINGLES RUBBERRIZED MODIFIED IT DOESNT MATTER. OVER 20YRS. EXP. IN MOBILE REFERENCES AVAILABLE.
