• $225 — flooring installation only
• $250 — flooring + quarter round
• $300 — flooring + baseboards + quarter round

Over 150 sq ft
• $2.95 per sq ft — standard installation
• $3.25 per sq ft — with quarter round
• $3.50 per sq ft — with baseboards + quarter round
