What a transformation!! It was a process for sure! Began with cleaning all of the gutters and repairing several issues from drainage problems to leaking and severe lack of sealant at almost every seam! Then we used a plant /animal-safe non toxic non aggressive yet affective solution to remove all the nasty mold and mildew built up and keep it away for good. We then coated all the trim, gutters, soffit and facias in Sherwin Williams Rainmaster with additives to prevent mold, mildew and help with “sun fade” and it Came out beautiful and added a great deal of value to the home. From old dirty and dingy to clean and freshly coated and sealed. Started with a soft wash and scrub down and then a fresh coat, Perfectly matching all of the soffit and trim that we also painted. As always added a mold and mildew deterrent to keep it well protected and looking brand new for years to come!

Good morning🇺🇸🇺🇸 Another return client I have done several projects for! While doing a whole house wash in preparation for trim and gutter painting I also removed about 100 lbs of soggy leak causing debris. Then gave the entire roof a soft wash using plant and animal safe chemicals to treat and remove mold and mildew buildup . Gutters are now flowing and the roof is back to its new appearance once again! Next on the list we will be painting and reconditioning all of the homes exterior trim. Stay tuned and like and share!!

Here is a 10’x30’ kids playroom I am currently working on. Patching a couple “kids got too rough” holes and smoothing the textured walls where some old stickers took the paint off when they were removed. I am also adding an insert shelf to house electronics under the tv that will be mounted.
