We’re Hiring: Immediate availability!
Our tree company is looking to add a dependable Groundsman / Operator to our crew. Ideal candidate has 1–3 years of tree service or related outdoor work experience and is comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team.

Position: Groundsman / Mini Skid Steer Operator
Experience Preferred: 1–3 years
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting climbers and bucket operators on tree removal and trimming jobs
- Running chainsaws, dragging brush, feeding the chipper, and job site cleanup
- Operating basic equipment as needed (loaders, etc.)
- Safely backing trucks and trailers
- Loading and securing equipment and debris
- Following safety procedures and working well with the crew
- General groundsman duties on residential and commercial job sites

Requirements:
- Experience backing trucks and trailers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to lift and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Tree service, landscaping, construction, or equipment experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
