A few weeks ago, the Mokena area was hit pretty hard by severe storms. 💔
As we watched our community come together to help, we knew we wanted to do something too. Mokena is the heart of our business, and this community has supported us in so many ways over the years. We just wanted to find a way to give some of that support back.
At the same time, we were getting ready for our Customer Appreciation Night. We already had raffle prizes lined up, but we thought… why not make the raffle about more than just winning something?
We decided to give our customers the opportunity to purchase additional raffle tickets, with the money raised going directly back into our community. Discussing this idea with John the owner, he happily insisted on matching whatever we raised. ❤️
Together, we were able to make a donation to NAWS Humane Society in Mokena.
NAWS was hit especially hard by the storms, with their roof being torn off, and they are still working to recover. Our donation will help support their mission of providing care, shelter, medical treatment, and second chances to animals in need. 🐾
