Here is an attic we recently finished. The family wanted to turn the space into an office. With the help of Quality Roofing Pro we got a skylight put in. And Tinkham’s Electric for all new outlets and ceiling fan. We then painted and installed a PTAC unit for heating and cooling supplied by IHC. Customer is going to get new carpet installed to finish off the room.

The Sig Ep house is getting close to completion. The inside is done with the exception of the stair case. Been waiting on that since January. The outside siding is complete. We will be painting it soon. And then a few little things outside and that’s it. Big thank you to Monmouth College for the opportunity to work on their projects.

Update on the Monmouth College Sig Ep house. The interior painting is all finished up. Downstairs flooring has been installed and getting ready to start installing trim and final touches. Upstairs flooring will be starting soon with trim and final touches to follow. Stair case to soon be revamped. Kitchen is underway and almost complete. And the old garage turned into the new chapter room is painted and ready for final finishes as well.
