This photo illustrates the importance of running a well to waste before reconnecting the plumbing to a distribution system.

We recently installed a new 5 hp, 60 gallon-per-minute submersible pump for a cemetery irrigation system. The high output of the new pump displaced decades of accumulated minerals that had settled in the aquifer. The reddish-brown hue indicates that this is primarily ferric iron.

This project involved correcting and improving a previous installation completed by another contractor.
Ralph’s upgrades included the addition of an 81-gallon pressure tank to eliminate well pump cycling, as well as relocating the softener brine tank for better accessibility. The electronic controls were raised to create additional usable wall space and improve overall organization.
We also relocated and installed isolation valves on both the Big Blue canister filters and the ultraviolet filtration system to enhance serviceability. A platform was built to reposition the 40-gallon pressure tank for the booster pump, further optimizing the layout.
The end result is a clean, efficient, and service-friendly system that also frees up valuable garage space for the client’s side-by-side

Out with the old and in with the new! 💧

For this project we removed an aging ½ HP two-wire submersible pump and 81-gallon pressure tank and installed a new ½ HP three-wire submersible pump with a control box, low-water protection device, and a new 81-gallon pressure tank with tank tee assembly.

We replaced the entire system starting from the main power supply all the way to the main valve entering the home. Only high-quality materials were used, including Schedule 120 PVC along with stainless steel and bronze components to ensure long-term durability and reliability.

Another well system set up to run strong for years to come. ✔️
