Let me say this about Josh Hardyman and his company, Hardyman Roofing LLC.

First off, Josh and his company provided a very fair price for a new roof. They did the entire job, start to finish, in a single day in April. This included removal of the old roof tiles, installation of the new roof, and clean up. Beautiful job. Professional job. And, at 1/3rd the price that a Madison based roofing company quoted me.

A complication did arise shortly after the new roof install, however, at the interface between the glass solarium or sunroom (which was added to the house after the house was originally built), and the new roof. A few slow drips right at that interface between the new roof and sunroom. So, I called Josh. I figured the dripping must have been due to upsetting the flashing between the roof and solarium during the old roof tear off and installation of the new roof. Could have happened to any roofing company, especially for buildings where rooms are added after the original build.

Rather than argue with me, dispute my claim, or drag the situation out Josh came out immediately with his guys, inspected the flashing area, he purchased roofing sealant, and his team proceeded to caulk the flashing across the entire solarium. And now, no leaks! That's what I call exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.

Moral of the story: If your roof is in need of repair or replacement, you're looking for a fair price and quality work, and most importantly great customer service then look no further than Josh and his company Hardyman Roofing. I can guarantee you that you will be a happy customer! Thank you Josh!
