When we started last December 2022, they have one sweet little boy, now they have a total of three boys, all have their own personality.

Here's some progress from current till site prep. So much has happened & I noted the partial stages of foundation work. We tried to stop by as often as possible.Who knew you could find joy in seeing piles of dirt or wooden stakes or even rebars at your property...Till the next one...

Drum roll please...GROUNDBREAKING Ceremony organized by our friends & fam!!!It's all just for fun but we are so touched by all the effort from everbody. From hand- engraved, hand-painted golden shovel signed by all, to home-cooked Filipino dishes + fave desserts. Meals planned from breakfast till dinner,accompanied with endless chatter, we had a blast. We go way back during our Singapore days which was 30+ years ago, then moved here in US permanently. We've seen their kids grow from babies to young adults, seen how we transformed to who we are now.Still BFFs forever..

We applied last September 2025 & after months of generating architectural drawings,learning the process, constant follow-up, we finally got it.
Thank you to and to our plan checker Joseph Luczon. We struggled but it all worked out at the end.
A special shoutout to who has campaigned for our permit by reaching out to so many people. I am so touched.She was there for us immediately after the fire & continous to support us in numerous ways that she can think of. A really wonderful human.

I do have a very long list of other wonderful humans who has been there for us which I will share as we start on this journey...

A weekend spent with family & friends to celebrate Jacqueline & Nico's wedding. Young love and yet they are quite mature & responsible for their age.They are both
"makapamilya", meaning they believe in the importance of close family ties. Congratulations to you both and thank you for having us Titas to be a part of this chapter in your lives.
