Freedom.
On Friday, that’s what our team showed up to support. The restorative and life-changing work that Set Free Monterey Bay does every day. They are in the trenches, on the front lines battling human trafficking, right here on the Monterey Peninsula. Offering freedom and hope to the survivors in their care. This was a fun day for us to be out of the office and enjoying the beauty of Tehama, but the bigger picture here is that this amazing organization met their funding goal!

This design brought together beautiful elements—sleek brushed concrete, rich rustic wood beams, wrought iron details, wheelchair accessibility, along with natural light filtering through massive oak trees. Definitely a place to stop and stay a while! 🔥🥂⛳️

Friday = Family Update ♥️
The last few weeks have been filled with major milestones and celebration for lots of members of our Bakker team…and since our team feels like family around here, we thought it was time for a family update!

•Our incredible designer Caitlin got married— congratulations to the Barbers! 🤍

•Shawn and Amanda’s son Wyatt graduated with the Class of 2026 from Palma High School, where he received honors in Citizenship, Theology, and the Golden Rule Leadership Award and Scholarship. He was excited to be playing baseball at the collegiate level next year at Ohlone! Let’s go Wyatt! ♥️⚾️

•Shawn and Amanda’s daughter Tatum promoted from eighth grade with Ocean Grove Charter School! Congratulations Tatum! ♥️

•Andrew’s son Gio promoted from Washington Middle Scholl with Honor Roll honors and is moving onto Salinas High School in the fall. Congrats Gio! 💙

•Noe’s son Adriel promoted from Preschool to Kinder at Roosevelt Elementary! Go Adriel! 🩵

•Chanelle’s husband Kaleb earned a promotion of Sergeant with the San Benito County Sheriff. Sergeant Simpson is a nine year veteran with San Benito and has previously held the special and Auxiliary assignments of Corporal, Parks and Trails Deputy, Detective, Defensive Tactics/Use of Force Instructor, and First Aid Instructor. We hope you’ve enjoyed our tour through this beautiful, cozy Master Suite renovation of “Peaches’ Paradise.”
From the breathtaking Master bath to the closet built-ins to this beautiful bedroom with a view, it truly is all dream become reality. 🤍

Annnnd…it wouldn’t be complete without a shot of sweet Peaches herself…have we mentioned how much we adore getting to know our clients amazing pets?! So much so that we name our portfolios after them. 🐶🍑
