We will walk you through the entire process so that you will understand what to expect with the final product. If needed, Window Wonders 205 offers financing through Synchrony Financial. It's a simple process and you can get approved in minutes right in the comfort of your home. At that time, if you decide to give Window Wonders 205 the opportunity to earn your business then we will proceed by finalizing a contract and put in your window order. All our windows are custom ordered to fit your specific home. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. However, orders that include odd shapes and/or sizes can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Once your windows arrive we will reach out to you to set a day and time for installation. Please note that Window Wonders 205 does not do window installation when it is raining so that no rain damage will occur to your home during the window installation process. We want you the customer to have the most pleasant experience possible which includes the windows being installed properly the first time. Window Wonders 205 will replace one unit at a time to insure that there is no damage to your home in the case that a rain storm does pop up. All furniture within 3-4 feet of the area will need to be moved as well as any breakables/pictures etc. on the walls. In some circumstances curtains and blinds may also need to be removed. Upon installation Window Wonders 205 will double check the measurements of every window before any new windows are installed. Tarps and blankets will be laid down surrounding the window area to collect any debris. All soft or rotted wood will be replaced and interior trim may be installed upon your request. The interior opening will be smoothly caulked with the color of your choice. The exterior will be wrapped with a painted aluminum and every piece will be hymned for stronger durability. We will bend/contour all metal to divert all water/moisture, preventing any future wood rot (this technique is what separates me from many other installers). We spend over half of our time making sure this is done the right way. Window Wonders 205 will explain the bends and contours in our demonstration. The brand Siroflex will be used to caulk and seal all areas as needed. After the first window is officially complete, We will bring you the customer out to view the finished product to be sure that it meets your expectations. Upon your approval, Window Wonders 205 will continue working until the job is complete. Your home is our main priority. Window Wonders 205 does not skip from home to home. Once your house is started, it will have our full attention until the job is complete. I am a bit of a perfectionist so we believe in taking our time and doing everything right the first time.
