NOT responsible for heat/cold damage or any type of weather damage, if your address is incorrect, or because damage or delays from USPS. If your package is delayed, lost or mishandled in shipping, buyer will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS within 30 days. Please check the weather conditions for your location. Heat packs are available for $5, please request if needed when sending in your order.
�Some plants are sensitive to shipping, but should bounce back quickly after watering and being placed in bright indirect light. Sorry, no refunds or returns.
