One of my favorite holiday appetizers are these cheesy mashed potato bombs. The only reason I hate making them is cause they are devoured in seconds. The recipe is linked in the comments. If you really want to get crazy make a packet of béarnaise sauce on the side to dip them in. This recipe uses instant potatoes and that’s for a specific reason of how they puff up into manageable bites to be picked up by hand. They also make a cute little side dish to your meal as well. You guys will love these! 🦃
