This 18x36 double roman pool in Opelika, Alabama brings together a timeless shape with features made for everyday fun — a rock waterfall, slide, tanning ledge with bubbler, custom lounge chairs, LED color lighting, full automation, and a 90’ safety fence.

We do not always get the chance to showcase double roman designs, but this one is a perfect example of how the right shape can add character, balance, and personality to a backyard.

The pool industry is not always as pretty as the finished photos.

It is early mornings, late evenings, Alabama heat, red dirt, heavy equipment, concrete pours, plumbing, automation systems, cleanup, and a whole lot of details that happen long before the first splash.

But that is what makes it so rewarding.
