We have been a big fan of The Charcutie Girl since the beginning and are so excited for her new endeavor with Lake Freeman’s Historic Sportsman Inn!!

👋🏼 HI FRIENDS!!

🤍 What a year it’s been thus far. Lots of curveballs, hard learning lessons, tears and pain, closed doors - BUT the grace and goodness of God has also overwhelmed me and changed me in the best ways. I know He still has good plans and I can already see the ways He’s bringing restoration into my life as I trust Him and surrender my own plans & timing of things. 🫶🏼

🎉 I’m thrilled to share one of the doors I thought was closed, God allowed to open again in a way I never thought possible. I’ll be making charcuterie again at soon!

🏠 If you’ve followed me from the start, you may remember I used to live in the Monticello area, and was so sad to move from here. It feels like a full circle moment to be back in the community I love so much, it’s always felt like home. The sportsman inn is such iconic part of this community and I love love love the heart of small business and community.

🌊 Stay tuned for updates on when we’ll officially be taking orders. Working out the details and ordering in supplies currently. PS dockside boat service is in the future too! 😍

UPDATE!! We appreciate all who reached out or shared our post. After multiple conversations with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, we can conclude that although Life Jackets are highly recommended for children, the Federal Life Jacket Law for Children does not currently apply to Lake Freeman.
