Come Join our Team! Covenant Builders is currently seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer.
This is a full-time position for qualified candidates that possess the following:
• Prior kitchen and bath sales experience
• Skilled with 20-20 design software & sketch-up (Preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work on many projects at one time
• Experience reading and working with architectural plans (Preferred, Not Required)
• Must be able to work independently
• Knowledge of QuickBooks estimates (Preferred, Not Required)
• Ability to work some Saturdays
• Manage a job from start to finish. Including initial measurements, documentation and photographs required for estimating, designing, selling and preparing all necessary documents and contracts
• Basic product knowledge and installation methods for kitchen and bath materials
• Keeping up with industry trends and products
• Help with loading and unloading materials in the warehouse
Qualified candidates must also possess:
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Willingness to learn
Salary commensurate to experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year + Performance Bonus’
Benefits: Employee discount & Paid Time Off
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 and Rotating Saturdays 9-2
Experience: Sales Experience: 1 year
