Building Company No. 7, a premier general contracting firm in Mooresville, is currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an independent 10-99 Contractor. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and integrity across a wide range of building projects.

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable individual with a solid background in construction to support our growing portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality projects, from residential transformations to commercial developments.

Project Scope:

Residential Renovations: High-end remodels, additions, and home improvements.

New Builds: Full-cycle construction of custom residential properties.

Commercial Projects: Tenant upfits and new commercial builds.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the construction industry (general contracting experience is a plus).

You will work directly with our staff and clients to help bring their visions to life, with possibilities to also:

Assist with material and finish selections, from flooring to light fixtures.
Create design boards and mood boards to help clients visualize their projects.
