Purchased this home in 2021 & finally after 3 years of remodeling this home it is completed! This home went through hail damage, water damage from dishwasher & toilet leaks. After doing most of the remodeling while living in the home, we came to a complete stop & said we'd finish the rest of the remodeling after we move out. That day finally arrived after we completed our model/personal home for our business. Moved out & finally completed our old house which is now ready for sale & currently AirBnb until it does sell! Model Home/Personal Home 2308 is completed received the CO (Certificate of Occupancy) yesterday & spent our first night in our new home! Thanks to all that helped make this a great success! Big Thank you to my wife, Mandy Janich you never gave up, sold your home & stood by me every step of the way, THANK YOU MY LOVE! HAPPY Valentine's Day!! Sold 2 homes & built our model home all in 1 year. Oofda! Finally Thank you to my daughters for believing in us, being patient & helping make this a reality. Love you Audrey & Jalynn!!

Bathroom Remodel Completed! New Sterling shower/tub, pulled toilet/vanity to discover drain 100 percent clogged, snaked out drain, new flooring, toilet base trim, bath fan, paint & reinstall vanity all while trying to not disturb the tile work. Thanks to my amazing wife (Mandy Janich), home Plumbing, customer kids to remove very heavy cast iron tub & CSG Drywall for their awesome work! Exciting to see our customers "Frowns Turned Upside Down!"
