Liapis Landscape & Design is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office and assisting the office manager. You will be handling incoming phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing files, updating paperwork, billing daily work, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Liapis Landscape & Design is a maintenance and design-build landscape company that has been in business for 22 years. We have a great team in place and looking for someone to complement our existing team for growth and continued success.

Office Assistant Requirements:
-High school diploma or associate’s degree.
-Minimum 2 years experience as an office assistant in a related field.
-Minimum 2 years Experience using Quickbooks desktop version and Office 365.
-Warm personality with strong communication skills.

• Lawn care applicator responsibilities include but are not limited to meeting production goals, evaluating yard conditions and identifying areas that need improvement, applying materials at manufactures specified rates, and maintaining long-term customer relationships
