For this property in the city of Yucaipa, CA, our team helped improve accessibility, functionality, and outdoor living space with several custom concrete upgrades.
Scope of work included:
✅ Installation of a new concrete driveway for the casita
✅ Extension of the patio sitting area under the existing patio cover to create more usable outdoor space
✅ Construction of a new 4-foot-wide concrete walkway along the side of the home for improved access and flow
✅ Concrete reinforced with rebar throughout for long-term strength and durability
✅ Finished with a clean Top-Cast exposed finish using 3500 PSI concrete
✅ Full preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and complete jobsite clean-up from start to finish
