Between weather and injuries this roof was a serious challenge but we pushed through and got it done and looking great.

Be aware all small business owner's especially roofers there is a bunch of scams targeting us right now. They will tell you they recently bought a house in a near by town and want a total replacement done. They will agree to any price because they know they aren't paying and when they send the deposit it will be for more then the agreed amount. Then when the check doesn't clear they will say that they can pay through a transfer company amd just need your account info. I drove to st.albans and measured a roof for absolutely nothing so if I can stop someone else from wasting their time and fuel to go do a pointless estimate that's what I will do. I've attached the email I received and have since got a few more and they are all almost word for word the same. If they put as much effort I to actually working rather then stealing from working folk they would be much better off and better humans I'm general.

Hope this helps someone and I'm not one to fall for these types of scams either they played it very smooth for days and days not asking me for anything out of the ordinary it wasn't until the check was pulled did they start.

Doing what we do best ! Great addition to this beautiful new cabin. 24 guage double lock standing seam, you just can't beat it. Looks great and will last longer then the next two shingle roofs would.
