This is what happens when you take that cheapest price. Contractor put metal directly over shingles. Left the ridge cap and the roof wasn't vented. So the moisture was dripping off the nails and screws on the bottom of the sheeting. Sheathing was saturated. Check out the mold growing on the bottom of the sheathing. After replacing all the sheathing on one side of the roof it is now covered in underlayment. And ready for new metal. Now to do the back half.
