Another one down! This deck had to be repaired before the resurface could take place. The beam had sunk and threw everything out of level. CLC showed up and jacked the deck up, properly put a new beam in and made the stairs go from 3ft wide to 6ft wide! Then resurfaced with trex decking and white vinyl rail with the aluminum spindles!

We added the toasted sand from Trex and a nice brown lattice, and tied everything together with a clean Azek trim.
