We had so much fun doing this last year that we are doing it again!

Wow! 🚨

This is apparently being sold online through WALMART as a "Heart of Independence Hosta."

We have a few questions...

What exactly is a Heart of Independence Hosta? 🤔
Why does it look suspiciously like it was created by AI after drinking too much fertilizer?
How many gardeners are going to be disappointed when this shows up looking absolutely nothing like the photo?

This is one of the reasons local garden centers still matter.

We don't just sell plants—we actually grow, handle and identify the plants we sell. We know what grows around here, what survives our winters, and which "too good to be true" internet plants are exactly that... too good to be true.

When you buy from us, you're getting real plants, real advice, and real people who can tell the difference between a hosta and an AI-generated dream. And if you have time and want a good laugh just go to Walmart's website and type in "hosta". Most of them are fake.
