I am not on this page a lot. I am sorry. I appreciate the views. I really wanted something to show my work. But I involve myself into more than just the plumbing now. I post some of the things I do and escapades i get myself into on my personal page. I am still set up pretty well to care of most plumbing issues, repairs and upgrades at any time.

It only takes a couple minutes and some conversations all at the same time while multi tasking and turning a valve off. It's turning the water back on is the important issue. Same apartment complex that needed baseboard repaired also had an apartment with a burnt circulator pump. Most instances direct replacement are fairly simple. Whisper quiet circulator pump. Always worth while sticking to respectable brands

Maybe it was a temporary fix but still not recommended. There could be water with temperatures of 170 degrees or better....

Maybe it was a temporary fix but still not recommended. There could be water with temperatures of 170 degrees or better. Never use shark bites or materials not suitable for high temperatures. Repaired with new element. Please be mindful of drafts around windows

New jet pump, pressure tank, and whole house filter. When age is the reason for failure I always recommend with any pump replacement to also replace the pressure tank. Job was done on a holiday so it felt good to be able to have the resources to help a family in need
