I love lasagna but it takes SO long to make. This easy sheet pan meal is 10x easier and quicker but has the same nostalgic cozy taste as traditional lasagna! Creamy ricotta, melted gooey mozzarella and soft buttery noodles, plus my favorite sun dried tomato flavor folded into the ricotta.

I used gluten free lasagna noodles to make this a gluten free recipe.
