Sevierville cabin renovation update: Ongoing activities encompass the installation of ceiling fans and light fixtures, removal of damaged furniture and debris to an outdoor storage area, hanging of decorative items including pictures, mirrors, neon signs, and shelving units, as well as installation of grass wall panels in the pool and spa area. Additional tasks comprise assembling furniture pieces and mounting televisions on walls, with numerous other initiatives underway.

The next project entails furniture assembly and placement, ceiling fan installation, and various other tasks. Prior to my involvement, the situation appears to have been chaotic, resulting in damaged furniture and a cluttered environment, however, Gene's team will rectify the situation. 🎉💪🔧👍😊

This project initially commenced with the intention of replacing rotten trim with new trim following the replacement of windows. However, upon removing the trim, extensive rot was discovered on the window framing. Consequently, the project has been put on hold, as the window contractor will need to remove the glass before I can rebuild the framing to accommodate the new glass, after which the cedar trim will be installed. Will post updates on the project.

*UPDATE advised client due to structural damage on framing it was best to seek a general contractor on the project.

I successfully completed a renovation project, which involved removing and reinstalling bathroom fixtures following flooring work conducted by another contractor. The project scope included removing and reinstalling the vanity and toilet in one bathroom after new flooring installation. In another bathroom, I removed the toilet prior to the flooring work and then reinstalled it while installing a new vanity, complete with P-traps and water supply lines. Furthermore, I installed two wall-mount medicine cabinets and a showerhead. Unfortunately, only after photos were captured, and no before photos are available. Got a confirmation and signed agreement this morning from a nice client in New Market to install carpet, fix some bad drywall spots, and address a pothole in the driveway. The client was very nice, and I enjoyed the visit and conversation. Thanks, and have a great day. 🌞😊👍
