We now have the keys to a brand new spec home In Morristown TN.
Our plans have been to take a spec home, (again) and flip it in 3 to 5 years or sooner depending on the market and take you along for the ride with us.
Our last one was in Florida and we tripled our investment on that one over 9 years. ( pictures to come on that house). We will give you the good and the bad with a spec home builder. What to look out for and what you should know and ask.
