I'm happy to say I've hired my first employee this week! I'm a FIRM believer in giving people a chance and I have always done what I thought was right and that always made me different but it has gotten me to where I am and I'm proud of that! Justin Baudendistel will be assisting here at OCD outdoor services. His biggest quality that he brings to the table is the one that means the most to me and that's his drive for his work to be perfect! We have started a huge project at my parents cleaning up their small farm! There will be pictures soon! If anyone is in need of any skidsteer work please let me know!
