And just like that… the sign is on the door. 🚚✨

After 20 years at 100 Detroit Ave., we’re officially closed for the week as we move into our new home at 1900 S. Main Street.

The next few days will be full of boxes, furniture, decor and a lot of hard work, but we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Thank you for your patience as we make the transition. We can’t wait to welcome you into our new space for our Grand Opening on Saturday, June 20th from 10 AM–1 PM.

A pretty fitting photo to document the last shift at 100 Detroit Ave. 💚

Today marks our final day open in the building that has been home to us for the last 20 years. Seeing Ann and Jill behind the counter one last time feels a little surreal.

We’re not sure it’s fully sunk in yet.

This space has served us so well. While we’ve definitely outgrown it (and battled our fair share of tight quarters and logistical challenges!), this is where so much of our story was written. It’s where relationships were built, milestones were celebrated, and where Jute + Jade continued to grow into what it is today.

We’re incredibly grateful for every customer who walked through these doors, every employee who was a part of what we built, every order placed, every project trusted to us, and every memory made here.

We’ll be closed this next week as we move everything to our new home at 1900 S. Main Street and begin an exciting new chapter.

We would LOVE to welcome you to our Grand Opening on Saturday, June 20th from 10 AM–1 PM! Come see what we’ve transformed the old Heritage Tractor building into and celebrate this next season with us. We can’t wait to show you our new design studio, florist, and showroom.

If you think owning a business and doing design work is all pretty spaces, mood boards, and fluff… this photo says otherwise. 😅

The last couple of months have looked a lot more like dumpsters full of cardboard, endless unpacking, painting, moving, more painting, organizing, cleaning, and a little more painting 🤪, and just figuring things out as we go.

But honestly? This dumpster full of garbage is one of the best signs yet of all the new that’s coming. Every box broken down, every pile cleared out, and every long day has been one step closer to bringing our new space to life.

Thank you for following along on this journey with us. Moving and growing a business is no small feat, but we’re so excited for what’s ahead—and we know it’ll be worth it.

A favorite family hangout room, refreshed. ✨

This basement space was already well-loved, but it was ready for a little attention. By upgrading the recliner and coffee table, adding a new rug, fresh pillows, and thoughtfully layered décor, the entire room feels transformed.

The best part? It didn’t require a full remodel.

Sometimes the biggest impact comes from a handful of intentional changes that bring everything together. Now this space feels cohesive, inviting, and designed with purpose—while still being the comfortable gathering spot it’s always been.

A reminder that you don’t always need to start from scratch to fall in love with a room again. 🤍

BIG NEWS! 🎉

The wait is almost over…

We’re excited to officially announce that Jute + Jade’s Grand Opening will be Saturday, June 20th!

1900 S. Main St. | Morton IL

It’s not quite finished, but we couldn’t wait to share what’s taking shape. Watching this building transform has been an exciting journey, and we can’t wait to welcome you into our new home.

This move is about creating more room to grow—more space for design projects, furniture, fresh flowers, decor, and all the behind-the-scenes work that helps us serve our customers well. We’re excited for a space that will allow us to do what we love even better.

As we prepare for the move, our current location will be closed June 15–19 while our team makes the transition and puts the finishing touches on the new space.

Thank you for supporting us through every season of growth. We are incredibly grateful for this community and excited for what’s ahead.
