Garans Properties - Maintenance Manager
Seeking a full-time maintenance manager for rental properties and apartments in Colquitt County,
Georgia.
The maintenance manager performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the
value of the community (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock and painting, HVAC, appliance
repair). Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a
market-ready status. Inspects work performed by contractors, maintenance technicians and verify that
work is completed in a professional manner. Must work independently to ensure the properties meet
quality maintenance and housing standards.
Applicant must have the following:
 Prior experience working with general building maintenance
 Small appliance repair preferred
 HVAC preferred
 Must provide own tools
 Must be dependable, trust-worthy, self-motivated, and hardworking
 Must have the ability to work well with other employees and residents
 Must have reliable transportation and valid driver& #39;s license

Experience:
 Apartment maintenance: 5 year (Required)

Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year commensurate with experience plus quarterly performance-
based bonus
