WE CONDUCT THOUROUGH INSPECTIONS
With Seasons Home Watch, you
choose how frequently your property is serviced. We offer bi-monthly, weekly and bi-weely inspection plans that are tailored for you. And we work with you to develop a comprehensive list of inspection points and service items to be covered during every home visit. After each visit, you will receive a sameday inspection report by email. If we encounter any surprises, we include pictures. BASIC OUTSIDE INSPECTION:
* Walk around the home looking for damage, including missing siding or downspouts that aren't attached to the gutter system.
* Ensure that all storeage sheds are secured.
* Ensure that driveway has been plowed and sidewalks have been shoveled.
* Look for trees or bushes that are down.
* Ensure that garbage cans and recylcing bins are properly stored.
* Start and run automobiles.
* Bring in the mail.
* Pick up any litter or stray items. BASIC INTERNAL INSPECTION:
* Ensure that all doors and windows are locked.
* Flush toilest and run faucets.
* Ensure that the house temperature is at an acceptable level.
* Visual check for plumbing leaks and water damage on ceilings and windows.
* Ensure that the sump pump is working.
* Ensure that no water is collecting around the water softner or sump pump.
* Change furnance filter each quarter.
* Check lights, timers and replace burned out light bulbs.
* Check and reset any tripped circuits.
* Monitor refrigerators and freezers.
