NEW YEAR, NEW POLICY UPDATE 🍾
As we jump into the New Year, we will be changing a few things to ensure we can continue to improve and operate smoothly. Please see our update policy below:
• All jobs will now require a 50% deposit before you’re given a scheduled date. This applies to new and previous customers.
• We cannot guarantee a completion date. We are a small business and sometimes life happens. We will provide you with an estimated time frame the best we can.
• We will no longer be doing “add on’s” to existing jobs. If you would like more services through us, you will have to go through the booking process for any additional work. This means a new estimate will be created, a deposit will have to be paid, and then you will be given a new scheduled date.
• If you cancel without giving a two week notice and you don’t reschedule, your deposit is not refundable. It’s hard to find work last minute to fill spots when someone cancels. We understand that unexpected things happen, but we ask that you please respect our time.
• We will now be charging an additional labor fee for any prep work that needs to be done before we start painting. This includes: caulking, patch work, spot priming, and sanding. Not notifying us that prep work is needed will result in you being rescheduled.
• All invoices must be signed and deposit paid prior to the scheduled start date.
We appreciate all of the support we have received so far. We hope to continue to stay on top of customer satisfaction while providing quality painting work in the years to come. Cheers to 2026 🥂
