NANCY JOHNSON 2/6/49-4/7/19
As many of you know, we lost Nancy unexpectedly this April 7th. She had been in bad health for some time, though her death was not due to those problems. We want to thank all of you for your prayers and thoughtfulness you have shown to us thru this time and for the love and friendship you have shown Nancy thru the years.
To those of you who still hadn't heard, we want to apologize. We are still having people coming in who do not know of her passing. We tried repeatedly to post a notice or message on our House of Plants page, but for some reason it wouldn't post. We tried sharing posts from our personal pages, and that also didn't work. Once again, we are sorry we weren't able to inform all of you better. Nancy considered many of you not just customers, but close personal friends and family.
We have been thru a lot of changes here at the greenhouse in the last two months. Jerry is still here, doing everything he did before, plus more. My name is Linda Goins. I am one of Nancy's sisters, and have helped out at the greenhouse off and on thru the years. We have different people who help us, mainly with the watering now, as the season has advanced.
We still have a good selection of veggies, bedding plants, hanging baskets, house plants, and all the other plants you are used to seeing here. I am trying to get the page started back again. Be patient, this is all new to me, and we have had a lot of computer issues to deal with in the process. The place is very different without Nancy, but we will be doing all we can to continue meeting the needs of our customers as long as we are here.
