This customer was having terrible humidity issues in this, used to be back porch, back room. Turned out it wasn’t insulated over the vinyl soffit ceiling at all. They were having the roof replaced, and in the process, wanted us to come in and install insulation in the ceiling, and cut a hole into the existing attic for proper ventilation.

Check out this 2100 sq ft home we insulated a few weeks back. This was right before that last hot spell we had, so the customer was extremely thankful. Should cut down a ton on their electric bill, as there was hardly ANY insulation in the entire attic when we first arrived on the site.
