Baja Concrete is growing and we’re looking for a skilled Working Foreman to lead small crews and take ownership of high-quality concrete work in both residential and commercial settings.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage small crews
• Read and follow construction plans
• Layout, form, and finish concrete
• Schedule and coordinate concrete deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers and project managers
• Maintain job site safety and quality
• Mentor and support crew development

âś… Requirements:
• Extensive concrete forming and finishing experience
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Must read and interpret plans with confidence
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Dependable, organized, and proactive

This brick retaining wall was showing signs of deterioration, with weakened mortar and structural instability near the staircase. Over time, exposure to the elements and shifting soil had caused sections to deteriorate, requiring immediate repair.

To solve the problem, we carefully removed the damaged portion, reinforced the base with rebar and fresh concrete for added stability, and rebuilt the wall using matching bricks to maintain a seamless look. The result? A stronger, more durable wall that not only looks great but will stand the test of time.
